"We love what we do!" These words conclude the presentation by Christoph Willeke, Managing Director of Wagyu Sauerland, to two classes at the Gregor Mendel Vocational College in Paderborn. Willeke trained as a farmer at the Gregor-Mendel-Berufskolleg years ago and told the current students about the founding of his company.
