WAGYU SLICES OF RACLETTE IN TERIYAKI SUACE

For your next raclette evening, we highly recommend our beautifully marbled steaks. You can prepare the teriyaki sauce quickly and easily using this Asian recipe.

Ingredients for 4 people

0.8-1 kg Wagyu Raclette Package
to taste Salt & pepper
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp Chopped coriander
60 ml soy sauce
60 ml Water
2 tbsp Rice vinegar (Mirin)
2 tbsp Brown sugar
3 toes Garlic
2 tsp Fresh ginger

These Wagyu steaks will surely make your raclette evening unforgettable for your guests – together with the teriyaki sauce and fine side dishes, it's a truly memorable experience.

preparation

  1. To make the teriyaki sauce, first peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic. Then sauté the ginger and garlic in a pan. Add the sugar and melt it, stirring constantly. Add the soy sauce, water, and mirin. Once everything is well combined, reduce the teriyaki sauce over medium heat, stirring continuously.
  2. Meanwhile, slice the Wagyu beef across the grain into thin strips. Then, lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan.
  3. Then the raclette evening can begin: The meat can be drizzled with teriyaki sauce while it's cooking on the raclette grill. We recommend grilling the meat to a maximum of medium (52°C). Finally , sprinkle with sesame seeds and coriander.
  4. As a side dish, we recommend grilled vegetables such as peppers, mushrooms and sugar snap peas.
