Top Fleisch und hat sehr gemundet

Extrem zart und schnell zubereitet.

WIr haben das fleisch kurz auf den Konro Grill mit extrem heißer Kohle gelegt und danach noch ca. 15 minuten im Ofen ziehen lassen.
Trotzdem das Fleisch ein kleines bisschen zu lange auf dem Grill lag, waren die Medaillons extrem zart und intensiv.
Auf jeden Fall das Geld wert.
