Saftig,sehr zart und aromatisch. Wir haben eigentlich schon eine Mail geschickt.Leider muss etwas schief gelaufen sein.

Das Fleisch wurde sehr schnell geliefert und kam auch gut gekühlt bei uns an .

Eines der besten Wagyu-Teile

Wenn die Sehne entfernt ist bleiben 2 Teile übrig, die in Form und Größe einem Schweinefilet ähnlich sind. Diese scharf anbraten oder grillen, dann bis medium oder wie gewünscht weiter garen und nach Ruhezeit in dünne Scheiben aufschneiden. Ein Genuss! Geschmacklich und Konsistenz geht's kaum besser. Wir lieben es!!!
