Grill / Pan
Place the patties in the refrigerator overnight to thaw. 1-2 hours before preparation, the patties can be removed from the refrigerator; they are best prepared at room temperature. Preheat the grill or pan to the highest possible temperature. Once the temperature is reached, the patties can be grilled for 90-120 seconds. Flip the patties and distribute the cheese on the grilled side. After another 90 seconds, the patties are ready. Tip: Lightly toast the cut surfaces of the burger buns in the Wagyu fat on the grill.
