The "Wagyu Beef Contest" is considered by experts to be the unofficial German championship for Wagyu meat. After a one-year break, the results of the "Wagyu Beef Contest 2021" were presented in Cologne. The two entrepreneurs and young farmers Katrin Schütz and Christoph Willeke took first place with their meat, making the Sauerland Wagyu meat officially the best Wagyu meat in Germany according to the select jury.
